I love using this for my twitch chat! I wanted to ask, is there ever going to be a Youtube Version as well? Id love to use it for Youtube too, its one of my all-time favorite stream widgets ever!
YouTube support is something I want to add, Twitch is just significantly easier to work with so I'm prioritizing building everything out with Twitch in mind, and then once that's all stable I'll add YouTube. No plans for streaming platforms outside of Twitch/YouTube, unless some streaming platform appears that looks worthwhile.
Thank you so much for your quick response !!! I completely forgot I asked here, im sorry I think I asked twice after finding out the discord and getting too excited, either way im looking forward to the future of this !!!
slime2-v1.0.0_Linux-X64.AppImage seems to be broken on Fedora Linux 43 for me, just showing a white window, then a few seconds later, I get a notification that "/tmp/.mount_slime2ALamIE/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/webkit2gtk-4.1/WebKitWebProcess has encountered a fatal error and was closed"
I'll try the .rpm in a sec, but using the .AppImage would be convenient since the official Itch app can auto-update it :)
The .rpm version is working! Thank you for your hard work, and this incredible project! <3
btw I think the white screen issue should be fixed now
For anyone else using Linux of some kind but not very genre savy otherwise, X64 is for PC, ARM64 is Mobile, .deb and .rpm are specific things, if you use a version of Linux that uses them you should know, otherwise AppImage is a agnostic seeming thing that should work with anything, I only did like a handful of searches for this info, if anyone knows better please correct me on this. :>
Linux Mint Users: You want .deb
thanks! I'm not a Linux user yet so I wasn't sure myself
